Cause This may be caused by a plug and retaining bolt missing on valve body. Page 2 September, 2022 Bulletin No.: 22-NA-176 Correction 6144951 Inspect for the plug (1) and retaining bolt (2) as noted in the graphic above. 5619627 If the plug and retaining bolt are missing, fill out the WPC part request form and send it to the WPC following the instructions below. ⇒ The plug and retaining bolt are packaged as a kit. ⇒ The kit part number is WPC 853 and can be obtained from the Warranty Parts Center (WPC) using the TSP Dealer Request Form This form is located on: Global Connect<Service Department<Service Forms Application<General Information tab<TSP Dealer Request Form.
