Condition
Some customers may comment on a pop noise heard from the front of vehicle when shifting from Park to Drive and/or Park to Reverse.
– The noise can also occur at low speed parking lot maneuvers (i.e. Accelerator pedal tip in, tip out, and braking).
Cause
This condition may be caused by the right side engine mount or left side transmission mount failure.
Correction
Diagnose bad mount with chassis ears and replace failed mount.
