This PI was superseded to update Recommendation/Instructions. Please discard PIP5332.
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this
PI.
Condition / Concern
Transmission fluid found in the Power Inverter Module (PIM) aux pump connector.
Recommendations / Instructions
Please replace the Aux pump with new harness and clean T6 Power Inverter Module (PIM) connections.
Note: During Drive unit repairs you may notice transmission fluid in the T6 Power Inverter Module
(PIM). Do not replace the T6 PIM.
Tilt the T6 PIM so we came remove as much fluid from the PIM as possible and reinstall on vehicle.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition
exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be
performed.
