Cause 6161345 The cause of the condition may be that roll on sealer applied along the roof ditch near the A-pillar may have voids within the sealer, allowing for a water leak into the vehicle. Correction Inspect driver front roof ditch area near the A-pillar for voids in the sealer and repair following the steps in the Service Procure below. In the event of a conflict between the procedures set forth in this bulletin and the laws that apply to your dealership, you must follow those applicable laws. 1. Mix a small amount of Kent® High-Tech Seam Sealer Clear P10200, or Wurth Euroseal Gel Clear 18920104, or equivalent WITH the proper touch-up paint color. 2. Avoiding excess sealer build up within the ditch, work a small amount of the sealer into the hole with a gloved finger. 3. Wipe away any excess sealer with a light amount of solvent on a rag or paper towel. The solvent will help the sealer flow into the hole/crack. 4. Clean and dry any wet trim.
