Condition
If a technician is making a repair that requires the front timing cover to be removed and finds the timing chain guide upper bolt (circled) loose enough to turn by hand, replace the timing chain guide and bolts.
Cause
The cause of this loose bolt has not been determined yet and is being investigated by engineering.
Correction:
Replace the timing chain guide and bolts.
