- BUILDS A LASTING SHIELD AGAINST RUST AND CORROSION: Forms a moisture-blocking dielectric barrier that molecularly bonds to metal surfaces and subsurfaces; perfect for protecting trailers, marine gear, or tools stored in salt-heavy, humid environments.
- DELIVERS LONG-LASTING, MARINE-GRADE LUBRICATION: Clings to metal like a magnet and resists pressure, friction, and washout; ideal for lubricating locks, hinges, cable pulleys, and marine components exposed to heavy loads, rain, salt spray, tidal moisture, or constant vibration on boats and coastal equipment.
- FREES RUSTED PARTS WITH DEEP PENETRATION: Industrial-strength penetrating oil releases corrosion on frozen bolts, marine fittings, and seized engine parts; penetrates to free up when other products fail in salty, humid, or wet environments on boats, farm tools, or machinery.
- PROTECTS ELECTRONICS AND PREVENTS GALVANIC CORROSION: Safe on circuits, battery terminals, and sensors, CorrosionX forms a dielectric film rated over 39,000 volts that displaces moisture and stops galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals in harsh environments.
- QUALIFIED BY THE U.S. NAVY FOR ADVANCED MARINE CORROSION PROTECTION: Corrosion Technologies is the only manufacturer in the world with products — CorrosionX being the flagship — qualified under the Advanced Corrosion Preventive Compound military specification; protects outboards, terminals, and powerheads with a self-healing, moisture-blocking film.

- RELENTLESS RUST PROTECTION FOR ANY WEATHER: This self-healing barrier clings and protects metal through rain, seawater, and pressure washing; it won’t drip, wash away, or quit, making it a reliable shield in even the harshest outdoor conditions.
- BUILT TO PROTECT FOR YEARS, NOT MONTHS: From boat trailers to barn doors, this long-lasting formula keeps working for up to 5 years indoors and 2 years outside; perfect for anyone who needs reliable rust protection.
- IDEAL FOR HEAVY-DUTY ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS: Designed for larger terminals and connectors like battery posts and grounding lugs, this thick, non-conductive formula provides lasting protection without harming sensitive components, perfect where rugged sealing is needed.
- STAYS FLEXIBLE, NEVER FLAKES OR CRACKS: Forget waxy sprays that dry out and break down, this rust shield flexes with your gear, staying active and bonded even when machinery shifts, vibrates, or takes a beating in the field.
- SMART SCIENCE THAT BLOCKS HIDDEN DAMAGE: Polar Bonding locks onto surfaces to stop corrosion before it starts, preventing electrolysis and galvanic damage in places you can’t even see, from engine bays to salty docksides.
- CorrosionX Aviation leverages exclusive Polar Bonding and Fluid Thin Film Coating (FTFC) technology to displace moisture and corrosion-causing electrolytes, forming bonds on the molecular level that prevent corrosion before it can begin; proven to be more than twice as effective as conventional airframe corrosion inhibitors.
- DISPLACES MOISTURE FROM CRITICAL AREAS: Designed to overcome the hidden risks of condensation and trapped humidity in airframes, CorrosionX Aviation climbs rivets and penetrates deep into lap seams and joints, forcing out moisture and restoring functionality to damp components; ideal for protecting against corrosion-related failures in any climate, not just coastal or humid zones.
- FORMS A SELF-HEALING, LONG-LASTING FILM: Creates a durable Fluid Thin Film Coating (FTFC) that continuously self-heals to protect exposed metal; resists corrosion without hardening or interfering with inspections; ideal for protecting both stored aircraft and those in frequent operation.
- SAFE FOR METALS, ELECTRONICS, AND MOVING PARTS: Contains no waxes or silicones; non-conductive and safe for avionics, switches, battery terminals, antenna bases, buss bars, and circuit boards; also lubricates flight-critical moving parts like drum actuators, hinges, rotor heads, and sliding components.
