Condition: Gurgle noise from heater core , may persist after
performing 19- NA-007.

Cause: Orientation of the filler cap versus the heater core.

It can be difficult to remove the air from the heater core using the Vac N Fill method because the
radiator cap and heater core are at about the same height. If the noise persists, raise the front of
the vehicle a foot with a hoist, add 400ml coolant to the overflow bottle, remove the radiator cap.
Run the engine for an hour running the throttle up to ~1500 RPM 3 or 4 times during the hour.
Engineering and eSI is reviewing this condition and may replace this information with a bulletin.
