Some customers may complain of Cold Air Blowing from the Center Console or Cold Air Blowing from
the Wireless Charging Mat area. Some customers may also notice that the air flow increases when AC
fan speed is increased.
Cause The cooling of the cell phone from the wireless charger is connected to the HVAC duct work.
Correction:
This is by design for the cooling of the phone during charging and should be considered a normal operating characteristic of the vehicle.
