| Condition | Some customers may comment that the back up camera image is not working, blurry, and/or has lines across it. |
| Cause | This condition may be caused by the connection at the camera not being properly secured or the wiring harness that goes up the trunk lid may be pinched in the trunk lid hinge. |
Correction
Remove the trunk lid trim panel and inspect for a firm connection of the connector for the camera including checking for any wires that may be backed out of the connector. Also inspect the area around the trunk hinge to ensure there is no contact with the harness.
Note: DO NOT replace the camera unless you have verified all the above.
