Summary
This technical bulletin provides a procedure to replace the front wheel speed sensors on vehicles with the condition of ABS Warning Light On, Traction Control System (TCS)/Stabilitrak Light On, Service Brake Assist and Service Stabilitrak Messages on DIC due to a mis-routing or twisting of the front wheel speed sensor wiring harness.

| Cause | This condition may be caused by the mis-routing or twisting of the front wheel speed sensor wiring harness, causing damage to the wires internally. |
Correction
Note: Only replace the speed sensor harness that has been found to be damaged or installed incorrectly.
If the front wheel speed sensor wiring harness (1) has been found to be twisted (2) or mis-routed, you will need to replace the wheel speed sensor.
When installing the new wiring harness, allow the wheel speed sensor harness to run above the top side of the brake line as indicated in the picture.
