How can you say this a normal operation and will not affect the vehicle performance. This only true if if you do not consider confort as aperformance indicator. I just purchase a brand new GMC seirria and the noise is terrible. I just got back from taking it back to the dealer for the problem and they showed me a letter stating the same as above. This problem was not stated by the saleman when purchasing the vehicle, but in my in my discussion with them today, it seems like they believe every vehicle does this. That is not the case, Nevada has a lemon law and if a pro lem with a vehicle can be fixed, they have to take it back. If this problem is not correct, that is route I will be taking. I think it is stupid tbat GMC would even put a vehicle on the market with this kind of problem.
