• Oil consumption
• Oil leak
Cause
This condition may be caused by a missing Non Return valve.
⇒ Increased crankcase pressure can force the oil into the induction system and eventually into the cylinders.
Correction

Separate the PCV bypass pipe from the intake manifold and check for a missing intake manifold Non Return Valve:
3814782
Note: The Non Return Valve is orange in color but could be covered in soot making it difficult to see the color.
• If you can see the nipple of the Non Return valve as shown above, then no further repair is needed for the intake manifold.
⇒ Continue diagnosis for the oil consumption using SI.
• If the Non Return Valve is missing, replace the intake manifold.
