| Condition | Rear Seat Position Center Reading Lamp 2nd or 3rd Row Seat Position Center Reading and Courtesy Lamp Stays On. |
| Cause | The concern may be caused by a software anomaly in the rear seat position center reading lamp 2nd or 3rd row seat position center reading and courtesy lamp. |
Correction:
Engineering is aware of the concern and is currently working on a resolution. However, until new parts are available it is advised to educate the customer on how the system currently works and instruct them to follow the procedure below if they encounter this situation again.
Close all doors and wait for all other interior lights to turn off.
Important: All other interior lights MUST be off before performing the next step. If another interior lamp is on when turning the lamp that stays on off, the system will remember a commanded on state and the lamp will come back on during the next ignition cycle.
Turn the 3rd row seat position center reading and courtesy lamp off by pressing the switch.
