Condition: Vehicle will not shift out of park.
Cause:
This concern may be caused by water intrusion in the X98 Charge Receptacle causing the vehicle to think the charger is plugged in and not allowing the vehicle to be shifted out of park.
Correction:
Duplicate the concern. If you cannot nd the root cause using normal diagnosis in SI please perform the following:
1) Disable the high voltage system using SI Document id: 3610665
2) Unplug the X98 charge receptacle and see if the vehicle now comes out of park.
3) If that resolves your concern, please replace the charge receptacle using updated part below.
