Condition:	Low engine oil pressure and DTC P06DE after major engine repairs
Cause:	Timing chain tensioner gasket may be improperly installed or out of position

Correction:

Verify oil pressure is below specification by completing oil pressure diagnosis and testing using latest service information.

Complete current diagnostics using latest service information for DTC P06DE.

If oil pressure is below specification and major engine repairs were recently performed proceed with the following.

Verify the timing chain tensioner gasket has been installed correctly and is not out of position.

NOTE: See photos below of improperly installed/mis-positioned timing chain tensioner gasket*

Correctly installed timing chain tensioner gasket allowing no leak path for pressurized oil.
