I am looking to remove the cng tank located in the box of the Silverado 2500 we have purchased to make room for a slat spreader to go in the box for plowing when I try to disconnect everything it throws check engine light and I was wondering what if any steps are there to removing the system
I’m not sure what’s involved in removing CNG System. As far as I know it uses a different PCM. You can try a PCM from a none CGN Truck, maybe that will work.
