Cause Possible stuck DEF injector
Correction:
Flow the SI diagnostic for the P208E.
If the diagnostic leads to the DEF injector, replace the DEF injector and the DEF Supply Pump
Filter Element
Place the supply pump filter element in a bag to be shipped back with the DEF injector.
