The ECM turns on the auxiliary coolant pump to meet the heater performance so the noise they hear is normal and no repairs are needed and that as more information is gathered this may be converted into a bulletin.

A customer may notice a pump type noise heard when the vehicle is
Condition
in an autostop event.
Cause The ECM can command the auxiliary coolant pump during an
autostop to aid in maintaining the heater (HVAC) performance.
Correction:
Do not replace any parts, the pump is working as designed.
Note: This PI may be converted into a bulletin when new information is available.
