Condition
Customers may comment on a vibration at idle while the transmission is in drive or reverse at 800 to 1000 RPM. The vibration may be more noticeable in reverse and during cold starts. Some customers may comment the vehicle has a short vibration during a launch.
Cause
The cause of this concern may be internal to the torque converter.
