Some customers may comment on a wind and/or white/static type noise heard near the transmission shifter.
Cause
This condition may be caused by the transmission harmonics traveling through the transmission range selector cable, causing noise.
Correction
Replace the transmission range selector cable. Refer to Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement in SI.
