Some customers may comment on corrosion and/or white powder on the A/C lines in the engine compartment. |
| Cause | 5063802 This condition may be caused by flux build up during the supplier brazing process of the A/C lines. |
| Correction | Check and verify that no leaks are found and clean the flux build up using a soft wire brush.
Note: DO NOT replace the A/C lines for this condition. |

- 6oz CANS - Refrigerants are compressed gasses and are measured by weight, not by liquid volume such as water. All gasses compress differently and produce a different weight. ZeroR AC Refrigerant is low weight compared to R134a, but its performance is equal to 16oz of R134a.
