I am having the exact same issues as described. Very dangerous as my wife pulls horse trailer with truck. This is crazy dangerous, as it has happened both while driving and while sitting still.

When I went to begin the oil consumption test per the Executive Resolution Liaison the dealer notified me that I have water in my PCV system and I need to get it cleaned for $700 before Tuesday when it’s going below freezing. I found the Bulletin No.: 14882 which explains that GM is extending the warranty for my 2014 Equinox to 10 years or 120k miles (mine is 73k). I called the Executive Resolution Liaison back and she pretty much said SOL your VIN isn’t listed. I told her that it’s having the exact same problem that is talked about in the bulletin 14882. She just repeated Sorry your VIN isn’t listed so it’s not covered. She wouldn’t accept the logic and just said sorry. And people wonder why we all go to Toyota and Honda. Bullying us with Patriotic duty won’t work when the company won’t even take care of you. This is enabling bad behavior on the part of corporations. We need to show them that we’re not going to take this by not buying their products. And my tax dollars helped to bail them out!

True I just bought a 2013 Buick lacrosse when I test drove this car there was no Clicking or a ticking noise a day after I heard A ticking sound coming from underneath the hood l brought back to dealer they gave me a gm bulletin saying that this was normal if I heard this noise when I test drove I would have not bought this car.

I have a 2013 ZL1 convertible and have paid thousands of dollars to my dealership and I still have water puddles in the rear floorboards by the seatbelt bracket on both sides. Replaced water bag as well as several weather stripping. Still leaks!!!!! Now they don’t want to give me a refund. Going to contact GM and hope they can help me.

I am having similar issue on 2011 Chevy Equinox LT and I found this recall about the fuel pump. I called GM and they said there is no such recall. UGH. Engine is running rough and making ticking noise and idling horribly. Smelling gas inside car also. UGH.
