After I got my ac replaced, two months later my trans went out in my 2016 yukon xl. Completely dry with metal shavings. I’m out of warranty. The trans line is connected to the condenser that was just replaced. Such bull! I had a 2010 suburban bf this and had major electrical problems. That was a total lemon but never claimed it in lemon law and now I have this 70k truck that has had an ac replaced and now getting a new trans. Wow. Way to relate your reputation GM. Mark my words. These trans will start to go out in these 2016’s. Guarantee it will become an issue due to the AC condenser connection.

GM, please explain to your Sierra and Silverado customers why those trucks were excluded from this when you know full well that they have this exact same problem. Don’t just repeat what vehicles are covered, but answer specifically WHY you are not including the Sierras and Silverados in 17336-03.

Wish I would have taken my 2015 Yukon Denali when I received the letter and just had them replace it – due to the know issue – because at 63,900 miles the AC condenser cooler cracks and know it is my issue and GMC does not want to over it!
What bullshit!
