Dear Sirs,

I hope this message finds you well

I own a 2011 GMC Terrain SLE 2.4L 4 cylinders,
Chassis #: 2ctflrec6b6391419
Mileage: 192950 KM
As stated in the Special Coverage Adjustment #15285D, my car has a severe oil consumption too.

I have contacted our GMC agent in Lebanon (RYMCO) in order to deal with the matter, they have turned me down and didn't accept to fix the car due it came from Canada (Which I bought it from)

They claimed it's a "Grey Market", which wasn't clear for me

With this issue the market value of my car in Lebanon is very low, i can not afford to fix it and I don't see any logical reason why RYMCO (GMC AGENT in LEBANON) should not fix it as it is worldwide Special Coverage Adjustment issued by GM.

I kindly advise you, how to proceed in order to solve this problem

Thanking you in advance for your cooperation

Regards
