My 2013 SRX just started doing this. I bought it in Feb 2017 and I only have 62,000 miles on it. Anyone know if this would be covered by any type of warranty I may have left?

I am having the same issue with my XTS. I bought the extended warranty for the electronics but it has come and gone without me using it once. I now have 130,000 miles and I love this car, but you cannot even put in an address for the GPS to take you to because the dead spot covers the space bar. I was told it is closer to $2,000. This is ridiculous now that I see there are so many people with the exact same dead spot. This should be replaced for free or at least a minimum. Cadillac, please help. I own this and an Escalade and I’m not sure I am very happy now.

I purchased my 2013 Cadillac SRX in May 2017. So far, I’ve encountered a problem with the rear axle which had to be replaced. Fortunately the drive train was still under warranty. Now this problem with the CUE system, the unresponsive touch screen and the frozen screen. I’m praying there are not anymore costly problems on the way.

WELL, though the issue has occured mostly in those 2013,2014.etc. cadillac, Why not GM recall it?
