I have vin z and my paint is coming off on 2doors and 1 boxside with 67000 miles local dealer says it’s not covered . Any info?

I currently own a 2014 GMC Sierra and I have peeling off my truck bed on driver’s side. I do have the 11 letter is Z in my Vin. Do you know if GM will replace the paint for my truck?
