I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado that is still under warranty with the same issue. The dealer replaced the right leaf spring and the clunk was still there, so they ordered the left leaf spring and installed it and yes, the clunk was still there. So they used some "electric grease" and re-torqued everything and yes, the clunk is still there. I've made two calls to the dealer and left voicemails, one of them being the service manager and can't get them to return my call. I'm frustrated and I don't know what to do either but Koon's of White Marsh MD is not "wowing me".
